Before you start, make sure you made a complete account registration, including KYC. Otherwise you won’t be able to invest.
2.
Pick your favourite property in which you want to invest.
3.
Define the sum you want to invest (up to 100% of it’s value).
4.
Sign the contract that provides you options of different shares you want to purchase adn transfer the funds to the address given on the contract.
5.
Done! After the full amount for the investment of a given property has been reached, the contract gets automatically closed and sends tokens to your address. That way you are confirmed to be the owner of the property. If the amount of the purchase was not reached, all the funds get returned to the owners.
